What is the difference between dispatch, scheduled and dedicated engineers?

Dispatch is on-demand attendance for a specific fault or task. Scheduled visits are booked in advance for planned work or recurring checks. Dedicated engineers are assigned to your sites or programme on a full-time or part-time basis.

Do you publish service-level agreements?

No generic SLA is published. Response and completion commitments depend on location, service and engagement model, so they are agreed in writing for each contract.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing depends on the engagement model, location, skills, timing and duration. We provide a quote after reviewing your requirements, and confirm the cost of each dispatch or visit before it goes ahead unless agreed rates are already in place.

What information do you need to quote?

Site locations, scope of work, required skills, preferred timing, volume or duration and any access requirements. Each service page lists the specific details that help us respond quickly.

Have a requirement in mind?

Tell us what needs doing and where. We will confirm what is possible, how we would deliver it and what it will cost — before you commit.
