What does Linear International do?
Linear International is a global IT service provider. We deliver managed IT services, field engineering, network services and solutions, IT project management and IT audit services, with engineers available through on-demand dispatch, scheduled visits or dedicated assignments.
Which regions do you cover?
We support requirements across EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa), APAC (Asia-Pacific) and LATAM (Latin America). Because availability depends on the exact location, timing and skills required, we confirm coverage for each site before any work is booked.
Do you have engineers in a specific country or city?
Send us the site address and the work required. We will confirm whether we can support that location, the achievable timing and the cost before you commit. We do not publish blanket country lists because availability differs by city, skill and schedule.
Do you work with MSPs and system integrators?
Yes. A large part of our model is acting as an onsite delivery partner for IT service providers — working from your tickets and processes so your customers receive consistent service. See our Partner Solutions pages for details.
What is the difference between dispatch, scheduled and dedicated engineers?
Dispatch is on-demand attendance for a specific fault or task. Scheduled visits are booked in advance for planned work or recurring checks. Dedicated engineers are assigned to your sites or programme on a full-time or part-time basis.
Do you publish service-level agreements?
No generic SLA is published. Response and completion commitments depend on location, service and engagement model, so they are agreed in writing for each contract.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing depends on the engagement model, location, skills, timing and duration. We provide a quote after reviewing your requirements, and confirm the cost of each dispatch or visit before it goes ahead unless agreed rates are already in place.
What information do you need to quote?
Site locations, scope of work, required skills, preferred timing, volume or duration and any access requirements. Each service page lists the specific details that help us respond quickly.
Can your engineers follow our procedures and use our tools?
Yes. Engineers are briefed on your scope of work, method statements, escalation paths and reporting format, and can work within your ticketing process.
How do I start?
Use the Discuss a Project form for a defined piece of work, the consultation form if you want to explore options, or the partner inquiry form if you are a service provider. We will reply to arrange a conversation.
